7 Mistakes That WWE Should Avoid At Money In The Bank 2019

5) Having A Previous Winner Walk Out With The Briefcase

I think that it would be a mistake to have one of the previous Money in the Bank winners walk out with either briefcase this year. That would be either Baron Corbin, Randy Orton, or Carmella.

Just looking at the names listed, I have no interest in seeing them hold the briefcase again. I would rather it go to someone new to freshen things up.

Nothing against any of the competitors listed. They just had their chances and it is time to let some others shine.

4) Not Using The Money In The Bank Briefcase To Elevate Someone

Another mistake is for WWE to not use the Money in the Bank briefcases effectively. In my opinion, the briefcase should be used to help elevate talent and help them go to the next level in their careers.

I feel like WWE has failed at that over the past few years. Both Braun Strowman and Baron Corbin failed their cash-ins, so it definitely didn’t help them. Alexa Bliss was already an established player in the Women’s division, so I don’t think that it helped elevate her either. You could make an argument that the briefcase did help Carmella a few years ago but it didn’t exactly push her to the moon.

If it was up to me, I would use the briefcase to help elevate someone like Andrade into the main-event scene in WWE. Or, use it to give Bayley a new edge for her character. I think that WWE needs to use the briefcase effectively to help someone out this year.

Don’t just use it for one big cash-in moment. Use it to elevate someone in the long-term.
