WWE has officially announced that the Superstar Shake-Up will be taking place on the upcoming episodes of RAW and Smackdown Live. We took it upon ourselves to make several big guesses on who will swap brands. Here are our 2018 WWE Superstar Shake-Up predictions for you to enjoy!
2018 WWE Superstar Shake-Up Predictions Part 1 – Women’s Division
Prediction #1: Asuka Moves To Smackdown Live
One of the biggest moves in the Women’s division will be to officially move Asuka over to Smackdown Live. The biggest reason why is that I think WWE will keep Asuka and Ronda Rousey on separate brands. Something tells me that WWE is saving an Asuka vs Ronda match for down the road but I don’t think it will happen this year.
I also think WWE will have Auska beat Carmella for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. This will be the way WWE gains her momentum back after the streak was snapped.
Prediction #2: Charlotte Flair Moves To RAW
Another big move in the Women’s division will be Charlotte Flair moving over to Monday Night RAW. I think that WWE is going to build towards Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair at Wrestlemania 35 like the rumor mill suggests. As a result, they should be on the same brand. I could also see Stephanie McMahon using Charlotte Flair as her corporate Champion. This could eventually build towards Ronda and Charlotte.
Regardless, I think Charlotte ends up with the red brand.
Prediction #3: Sasha Banks To Smackdown Live
A popular theory is that WWE is going to split up Sasha Banks and Bayley in the Shake-Up. I originally felt as if WWE should keep them on the same brand and build towards a big PPV match. The problem is, WWE announced Bayley vs Sasha for RAW this upcoming week, which tells me that they have scrapped those plans and are rushing to end this feud.
As a result, I am going to predict that they will be split up. I personally think Sasha Banks will be the one who switches. I would like to see her feud with Asuka and Becky Lynch down the road. Bayley also works in this spot instead of Sasha.
Prediction #4: Naomi Moves To RAW
I needed another name to switch sides to RAW in the Women’s division. It was between Natalya and Naomi for me. I ended up going with Naomi. No real reason behind it other than a change of scenery for her. Freshen things up in the RAW Women’s division and create some new match ups over on the brand.
I think that Naomi will end up moving to RAW.
Prediction #5: Absolution Gets Split Up
Paige officially retired from the ring and is now the General Manager of Smackdown. I think it’s safe to say that Absolution will be split up. I am going to guess that Sonya Deville will move over to Smackdown Live. Since her gimmick is essentially a former MMA fighter, I am thinking WWE will keep her off the same brand as Ronda.
As a result, I see Mandy Rose sticking around on Monday nights.

i think BECKY needs to go to Raw needs a change, I like that Orton goes to RAW. i LIKE Breaking up Sonya and Mandy i still see something they can do with Mandy and Goldust i think there is money there{ a new Marlena..another IC run for Goldust} Make Braun a THREAT again you just made him a kiddie attraction, postion him and SQUASH Jinder for the US STRAP
The last one about moving DB to RAW makes sense, especially if you’re right about Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
I think you keep Bryan on smackdown and move the miz over to smackdown to get the pay off. Becky need a change so i’d move her to raw she is so underused. I wouldn’t be shocked if Big Cass gets moved to smackdown especially if they want to try and make him a main eventer
