Our Winner: WWE Cruiserweight Classic
One of the best things that WWE developed in 2016 was the WWE Cruiserweight Classic. 32 of the best cruiserweights in the entire world were brought in to compete in this unique tournament.We got to see incredible wrestlers like Kota Ibushi, Zack Sabre Jr and more.
The show delivered many incredible matches, including a legitimate Match of the Year candidate in Cedric Alexander vs Kota Ibushi.
The tournament brought Cruiserweight wrestling back and has led to many guys from the tournament being signed to WWE contracts. No question in my mind that it was the best original WWE Network show of 2016.
Our Finalist: None even come close in my opinion.
