The main event of the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View was the match between Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens. This took place inside the Hell in a Cell structure. .

It turns out that Sami Zayn had the back of Kevin Owens during the main event of Hell in a Cell. He ended up pulling his arch-rival Kevin Owens out of danger to help him win against Shane McMahon.
