8) WWE’s ‘New Era’ Might Lead To Your Favorite Stars Getting Pushed
The McMahon Family is claiming that they plan on changing things up on RAW and Smackdown moving forward. They say that they will now be giving fans what they want.
What this could mean is that some of your favorite underutilized stars could be getting pushes in 2019. We have already seen Mustafa Ali get pushed into the main event scene of Smackdown Live. There are also rumors that Finn Balor could be getting a push in the new year.
If the McMahon Family are telling the truth, we could see some of our favorite other WWE stars get a push in 2019.
7) There Are Plenty Potential Dream Matches That Could Happen
With all of the talent in WWE right now, there is no question that we will be getting some dream matches in 2019 on both RAW or Smackdown. Here are some of my personal picks that could happen at some point:
- AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins
- Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch
- Daniel Bryan vs Johnny Gargano
- Asuka vs Sasha Banks
- Finn Balor vs Daniel Bryan
Some of these are definitely possible in 2019. That is only a handful too. There is so much talent in WWE that we are going to see some awesome dream matches in 2019. Especially if WWE is true in their statement that they will give fans what they want.
6) The Move To FOX Will Likely Force WWE To Raise Their Game
WWE will officially be moving over to FOX in October of 2019. I think that this is something that fans should be excited for.
With WWE moving over to FOX, they are going to want to impress their new partners with some solid numbers. That will likely mean raising their game when it comes to the first several episodes of Smackdown on FOX.
I expect WWE to really focus on putting out the best product possible for Smackdown in the later half of 2019. This should make for some fun TV as they try to draw the most viewers possible to impress their new partners.
