7) The Cruiserweights Are Staying on RAW

Brian Kendrick Escapes After Some Help

Kalisto took on Brian Kendrick in a match that had a lot of consequences. If Kalisto won, he would win the WWE Cruiserweight title and also bring the Cruiserweight division with him to Smackdown live.

Kendrick and Kalisto put on an entertaining match with a lot of great moments and high-flying moves. The match ended in disqualification after Baron Corbin showed up to hit the End of Days on Kalisto.

The disqualification gave Brian Kendrick the win. This means that the Cruiserweight division is staying on RAW!!!

Many fans thought that because of the new show (205 Live) that is airing after Smackdown LIVE, the Cruiserweight division would be following it to Smackdown. This didn’t turn out to be the case and RAW will still feature talent under 205 lbs each week!
