7) Matt Hardy Will Leave WWE In 2020
Matt Hardy is currently part of the RAW roster. I have a feeling that he is going to leave WWE when his contract expires. The rumor is that Matt’s deal with WWE expires in February or March of 2020.
Matt is someone who I think values creative freedom over money. WWE will likely offer him a boatload of money but I don’t see him re-signing. He hasn’t been used much over the past year. WWE also hasn’t fully invested time into his ‘Broken’ character.
I definitely see Matt leaving WWE in 2020 when his contract expires.
6) A RAW Star Will NOT Win The Men’s Royal Rumble Match In 2020
I am going to say that a (male) RAW Superstar will not win the 2020 Royal Rumble match.
As of right now, my two favorites to win the Royal Rumble are Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. Both of those guys are on Smackdown and I have a feeling that the winner will come from the blue brand.
Plus, I think that a RAW guy not winning the Rumble would set up a really fun match at the Elimination Chamber PPV, which leads me to #5.
5) An Elimination Chamber Match Will Determine Brock Lesnar’s Opponent At Wrestlemania 36
I think that Brock Lesnar will be walking into Wrestlemania 36 as the WWE Champion. That seems to be the most likely scenario after WWE put the belt back on him. If a (male) RAW Superstar does NOT win the Royal Rumble, that would set up an awesome match at the Elimination Chamber PPV.
I would love to see an Elimination Chamber match to determine Brock’s opponent at Wrestlemania 36. There is so much talent on the RAW roster that this has the chance to be really good. From the top of my head, just imagine something like Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre vs Samoa Joe vs Ricochet vs Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens. That would be a dope match. I am even leaving out studs like Andrade, Buddy Murphy, Aleister Black, and more who could also take part.
I think that we will see a great Elimination Chamber match in 2020 to determine Brock Lesnar’s challenger at Wrestlemania 36.
