When looking at our favorite sports stars it is easy to find out their yearly salaries with a simple google search as the money they make is public knowledge. It is far less common to hear about how much your favorite WWE star makes every year. Forbes has put out a list, letting us know the top 10 highest-paid wrestlers in 2015.
Here is the list:
- John Cena – $9.5 million
- Brock Lesnar – $6 million
- Triple H – $2.8 million
- Randy Orton – $2.7 million
- Seth Rollins – $2.4 million
- Roman Reigns – $2.1 million
- Undertaker – $2 million
- Big Show – $1.5 million
- Kane – $1.3 million
- Dean Ambrose – $1.1 million
Interesting list! John Cena topping the list isn’t very surprising considering the amount of things he has done for the WWE and what he brings to the table. Brock Lesnar makes about 20 appearances a year and makes 6 million dollars, not a bad gig for him I’d say! Same with the Undertaker who shows up a couple times a year and gets 2 million!
Pretty happy to see guys like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose make this list as they are the ones who are on the road every night making every single show. I would be interested to see the remaining roster and how much they earn to see the potential drop-off. For the amount of work that these WWE stars put in who are on the road every single night, I don’t think they make nearly enough money! These guys work over 300 days a year and put their bodies on the line every single night to entertain us.
